Marketing Growth Manager
The Role
As the Marketing Growth Manager, your objective is to drive user acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven performance marketing campaigns. You will own the full funnel of our paid acquisition strategy.
We rely on high-velocity testing and rapid scaling. You will be responsible for deploying capital efficiently, finding new channels for scale, and working closely with our product and design teams to ensure our ad creatives align seamlessly with our high-converting funnels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution
- Platform Mastery: Design, launch, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across primary platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Budget Allocation: Profitably manage and scale significant monthly advertising budgets across multiple digital products and geographic regions.
2. Testing & Optimization
- A/B Testing: Run rigorous, methodical A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and user flows to maximize conversion rates.
- Funnel Mechanics: Collaborate with product managers to map and eliminate drop-off points in the user acquisition journey.
3. Data & Analytics
- Performance Analysis: Analyze complex campaign metrics to continuously optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and overall Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Reporting: Build clear, actionable reports communicating weekly pacing against growth targets to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid user acquisition.
- Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
- Platform Expertise: Deep, tactical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of profitably managing large-scale ad budgets for digital, mobile, or subscription-based products.
